MILLTURN Highlights at the AMB in Stuttgart
New Generation with expanded center distance and increased Performance.
After the „Remake“ of the M40 and M60 MILLTURN-series we are thrilled to announce the complete revision of the M50 MILLTURN, which will be presented LIVE at the AMB in Stuttgart for the first time. The innovative and optional 6000mm center distance enables WFL to offer an efficient option for the machining of longer and leaner shaft parts. The special emphasis of the product presentation lies on the maximum machine performance. Another focal point will be the M30-G MILLTURN: The smallest in the MILLTURN family, but with an impressive milling performance of 20kW also handles processing legths up to 2000mm with a maximum turning diameter of 520mm.
New Generation with Increased Performance
Additionally, WFL presents new technological innovations in the machine area with a maximum turning diameter up to 670mm: Besides the additional center distance options with 6000mm, the advanced and well-tested machine concept of the M50 MILLTURN is adapted with visual and ergonomic finishing touches. The main focus lies on the new design of the machine: The spin windows have been widened by 50%, which guarantees an optimized view in the machining centre and a horizontal „easy-to-handle“ magazine window. For the first time the option for a M50 MILLTURN with a counter spindle is available. The combination of a counter spindle with a tool turret or an additional processing unit enables the paralell machining on both main spindles. Both machine options are offered with the following center distances: 1000mm, 2000mm, 3000mm, 4500mm und 6000mm.
